Q: How long can each child stay?
A: We are licensed to offer a maximum care period of up to five hours per day, in accordance with regulations.
Q: What is the youngest age you provide care for?
A: We welcome children as young as 12 weeks of age.
Q: What is the oldest age you provide care for?
A: We provide care for children up to 12 years of age.
Q: What activities are available at this location?
A: Our facility features a variety of play areas designed to engage children of all ages, including:

- LEGO® building

- Housekeeping play
- Science discovery

Q: Is there a cost to register my children?
A: No, registration is free! You can access the online registration form through the menu on our website.
Q: Do you provide diaper-changing services?
A: Yes, we do. However, due to regulations, we may be unable to change certain children's diapers. Please inquire for more details.
Q: Are there fees for diaper changes?
A: For children under two years of age, diaper changes are free. For children two and older, a small fee is applied.
Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes, clean non-slip socks are required for children in our baby/toddler area for their safety.
Q: Do you provide snacks?
A: Yes, snacks are available for purchase on-site.
Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks for your child. We do have a microwave or refrigerator for children to use. We also have a refrigerator for baby bottles.
Q: Are you a nut-free facility?
A: No, we are not a nut-free facility, so please take precautions if your child has allergies.
Q: Do you have a rest area?
A: We have cots and cribs the children can use for a nap.
Q: What do I need to bring for my infant/toddler?
A: Please bring any essentials your child will need for a few hours of care, such as diapers, bottles, extra clothing, etc.
Q: What paperwork is required?
A: All registration forms are completed online. You can find the registration form in the menu on our website.
Q: Are shot records required?
A: If the children have been vaccinated in the state of Nevada, we can look them up. Out-of-state residents can utilize our service for two weeks before shot records are required.
Q: Do you accept Urban League benefits?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept Urban League benefits.
Q: How can I join the membership to save on services?
A: You can sign up for a membership at our facility's front desk. Membership offers exclusive discounts and benefits.
Q: Do I need to become a member to drop off my child?
A: No, membership is not required for drop-in services, but it can help you save money!
Q: Can I use the Drop-In care without the Mini-School program?
A: Yes, you do not have to be part of the Mini-School program to use the Drop-In Child Care services.
